Scanner not working after changing windows password
If you are having issues scanning, and you’ve changed your windows password, you have to go into the scanner and change the password there.
There is a sticker on the printer with an IP address
Go to that website
Click on Address Book on the left
Then machine address book
Select your name
Update your login password and click submit on the bottom of the page
You can test this to be sure it works by clicking the test button under the password field.
