How do I view an old support ticket?

Once you are on the Help Desk site,

1. Click the “View Existing Ticket” link.

2. Enter the ticket number/Tracking ID located in the email you received when you first entered the ticket into the system and click the “View Ticket” button. (If you forget or cannot find your ticket number, click the “Forgot Tracking ID” link and enter your email address in the box that pops up. Click the “Send Me My Tracking ID” button and the ticket number(s) will be sent to your email.

3. Your ticket will now appear, showing when the ticket was submitted and all actions taken by the IT staff. It will also have all correspondence between you and the IT staff. You can also add an additional memo or even close the ticket if the issue has been resolved.
