PDFs not printing
If you’re having issues printing from CDK Drive, CDK CRM, or any program that prints as a PDF or through Adobe please follow the steps below.
Make sure you close EVERYTHING you have open on your computer before opening Adobe to make the change.
To fix: Open Adobe Reader, go to Edit>Preferences>Security (enhanced) section and uncheck Enable Protected Mode on Start up.
Click yes to confirm and ok to close.
Close the program you are having issues printing from.
Open the program and you will be able to print now
