How do I enter a support ticket?
Once you are on the Help Desk site,
1.Click on the “Submit a Ticket” link.
2.Fill in your Name and Email Address.
3.Select a Category and Priority level.
4.Type a subject matter and as much information as you can describing the problem. Please include items such as Computer name, printer model, phone extension, etc. if possible.
5.Add any attachments you may have (i.e. Screenshot, Word document, etc.)
6.Click the SUBMIT button.
